Job Title : OM Financial Consultant

Upington, Northern Cape. Senior Financial Advisor role – fully remote, full-time.

Job Description

The role is to deliver expert financial advice, craft and manage financial plans, support clients with retirement and investment strategies, and provide comprehensive advisory services while maintaining regular client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert financial advice and create tailored financial plans.
  • Assist clients with retirement planning and investment strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet clients’ objectives.

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills

  • Matric / NQF 4.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Skills in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Advisory.
  • Experience in Retirement Planning and Investments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) (preferred).

  • Probing Questions, Qualifying Prospects, Strategic Selling.
  • Communication, Interpersonal Savvy, Managing Complexity.

    • Education

    Minimum : NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
