Overview
The Role - Senior Integrated Designer : We're seeking a Senior Integrated Designer to elevate our creative output across every channel. You will design engaging, high-converting email templates in Go High Level (GHL), produce stunning social media graphics, craft pitch decks and marketing collateral, and design web pages and funnels that convert. Your work will power campaigns across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product. You'll leverage both traditional design skills and the latest AI tools to work faster, smarter, and more creatively.

Who You Are
- A highly skilled designer with 5+ years of experience across digital and brand design
- Strong portfolio across email templates, social graphics, websites, ads, and decks
- Experienced with GHL email design and CRM-integrated campaigns
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Creative, detail-obsessed, and able to balance brand consistency with fresh ideas
- AI-literate — you actively use AI tools to make design more efficient and effective
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects / Premiere a plus)
- Comfortable with web / CRO tools (e.g., Webflow / Framer or basic HTML / CSS), A / B testing, and GA4 or equivalent analytics
- Understands accessibility and performance best practices for web and email
Responsibilities
Create and optimize email templates in GHL to drive open rates and conversionsDeliver consistent, high-quality design for web, social, ads, decks, and collateralPartner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teamsUphold brand guidelines and ensure complianceIntroduce and leverage AI tools for faster delivery and greater creativityCollaborate on funnels and landing pages (wireframes → high-fidelity → launch), ensuring mobile-first, fast, and accessible experiencesRun A / B tests on subject lines, creatives, layouts, and CTAs; translate results into design iterationsContribute to and maintain a modular design system (components, templates, tokens) for speed and brand consistencyPackage deliverables with clear specs / hand-off notes; ensure smooth implementation with Marketing Ops / DevelopersRequirements
3-5 years of professional experience in digital and brand design, with a portfolio spanning email, social media, web, ads, and presentation designProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion / video skills in After Effects or Premiere are a plus)Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) email template design and CRM-integrated marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of web and conversion tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML / CSS) and experience with A / B testing and analytics (GA4 or similar)Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and improve design qualityBenefits
