Role Purpose
Attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share and contribute to the overall business objectives and their long-term viability.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs
- Sell products that align with the clients’ financial goals
- Accurately record client information and sales details
- Achieve targets related to production, quality and customer service
- Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements
Requirements
Matric / N4 EquivalentFAIS requirements based on DOFA dateRelevant regulatory examinations if you are already working in the financial services5 years’ experience in sales and / or customer service with 2 years’ experience selling insurance1-2 years’ experience on insurance for individuals with undergraduate degree (preferred)Strong computer literacy skillsFluency in EnglishEmployment details
