We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer with an aviation background for a defense industry client in Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :
- Manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.
