Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Participates in the design and creation of JDJ Diagnostics marketing strategy in order to advance the organization's services, image, and brand recognition.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with current and potential clients, including physicians at hospitals and in private practice, hospital management and hospital marketers, as well as important suppliers and service providers, to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Promotes and sells JDJ Diagnostics services to current and potential clients to increase market share.
  • Represents JDJ Diagnostics at marketing events (e.g., medical aid days, hospital open days) to enhance reputation and services.
  • Acts as the initial point of contact for clients with inquiries or grievances relating to laboratory services and ensures prompt resolution and feedback.
  • Provides feedback to all departments within their region to preserve high standards of customer service.
  • Completes and submits CRM reports weekly to Managers to deliver customer information.
  • Adheres to agreed targets based on region.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Biomedical qualification or other relevant qualification
  • Prior sales experience in the medical industry with a proven track record is essential
  • Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Must be able to travel to different sites and doctors in the respective areas
