Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Foreman to join our team and take charge of live residential building projects, including multi-storey developments in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations on live residential projects.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
  • Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Senior Building Foreman on multi-storey residential projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex live building environments effectively.
  • Based in Cape Town
