Position : SALES & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Work Hours : Must be available during CST hours

Timezone : CST

Pay Range : USD 1700 - 2500 / per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities :

Inbound Sales & Customer Support

  • Answer all incoming calls and web inquiries own the first impression
  • Convert leads into bookings through confident persuasive communication
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Track all communication and job details accurately in internal systems
  • Make follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Order Entry & Scheduling

  • Input dumpster orders into dispatch software quickly and accurately
  • Collaborate with dispatch to accommodate urgent or last-minute bookings
  • Adjust routes and schedules based on operational needs
  • Coordinate closely with drivers and field teams to maintain service flow
  • Accounts Receivable

  • Prepare and send invoices on a daily or weekly basis
  • Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Maintain AR records and assist with basic financial reporting
  • Accounts Payable

  • Enter vendor bills and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate payments and help maintain vendor relationships
  • Fleet & Maintenance Support

  • Track service logs registrations and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Schedule repairs and inspections with drivers and vendors
  • Maintain fuel logs mileage records and fleet data
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • 3 years in an administrative operations or inside sales role
  • Experience in logistics construction or service industries is a plus
  • Proven ability to close inbound sales or upsell services
  • Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks CRM systems and dispatch software
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A proactive get it done mindset
