Position : SALES & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Work Hours : Must be available during CST hours
Timezone : CST
Pay Range : USD 1700 - 2500 / per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities :
Inbound Sales & Customer Support
- Answer all incoming calls and web inquiries own the first impression
- Convert leads into bookings through confident persuasive communication
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Track all communication and job details accurately in internal systems
- Make follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Order Entry & Scheduling
Input dumpster orders into dispatch software quickly and accuratelyCollaborate with dispatch to accommodate urgent or last-minute bookingsAdjust routes and schedules based on operational needsCoordinate closely with drivers and field teams to maintain service flowAccounts Receivable
Prepare and send invoices on a daily or weekly basisTrack payments and follow up on overdue accountsMaintain AR records and assist with basic financial reportingAccounts Payable
Enter vendor bills and reconcile discrepanciesCoordinate payments and help maintain vendor relationshipsFleet & Maintenance Support
Track service logs registrations and preventative maintenance schedulesSchedule repairs and inspections with drivers and vendorsMaintain fuel logs mileage records and fleet dataMinimum Requirements :
3 years in an administrative operations or inside sales roleExperience in logistics construction or service industries is a plusProven ability to close inbound sales or upsell servicesDetail-oriented and organized under pressureFamiliarity with QuickBooks CRM systems and dispatch softwareStrong communication and multitasking skillsA proactive get it done mindsetWhen applying for this position please complete the following :
