Senior Scrum Master

Applicants must have the following requirements :

Must have a Tertiary Qualification.

Must have Project Management or Agile-related certifications.

Must have 5-8 years of experience with Agile life cycle methodologies and within a Senior Scrum Master role.

Must have experience in IT administration or a similar technical environment.

Must have experience working within a SAFe framework.

Must have experience coaching teams in Agile and SAFe practices.

Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe practices, including PI Planning.

Must have knowledge of Business Analysis and Risk Management.

Must have excellent facilitation, mentorship, and coaching capabilities.
