Non-Negotiable Requirements :

Mechanical or technical qualification (Diploma / Degree or trade)
Strong interest in sales and business development
Valid drivers license and own transport
Residing in Cape Town or surrounds

Job Experience & Skills Required :

Exposure to gears, gearboxes, or mechanical components (advantageous)

Hunger to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment

Ability to cold call, identify leads, and build relationships with clients

Support senior sales people with client visits, quoting, and proposals

Develop into a fully independent sales hunter in the industrial gear sector
