Overview

MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company that delivers CX, BPO, and XaaS cloud technology solutions. We’re building a next‑generation labor marketplace platform and need a UI / UX Designer to shape the entire experience from first click to long‑term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI / UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile.
• Map user journeys for candidates, employers, recruiters, and workforce managers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using industry‑standard tools (Figma preferred).
• Build a cohesive design system that supports speed, scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feature definition, workflow design, and sprint planning.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and streamline hiring flows.
• Use data‑driven insights to optimize conversion funnels, reduce friction, and lift engagement.
• Design dashboards, onboarding flows, scheduling tools, messaging interfaces, and profile pages tailored to employer and worker personas.
• Support continuous improvement of talent‑acquisition features such as job posting, search, matching, scoring, and identity verification.
• Resolve complex workforce challenges (availability, pay rates, compliance, onboarding, hiring velocity) through elegant UX solutions.
