Job Description

Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in Mpumalanga, is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Foreman to join their mining team.

Requirements :

N3 or Grade 12 qualification.

Recognised trade qualification as an artisan (Section 13B, 26D, or Red Seal Certificate in Electrical).

Previous experience as an Electrical Engineering Foreman would be an advantage.

Valid certificate of physical fitness.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.

Computer literate, with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and email.

Valid driver’s license.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with AC and DC winders.

Ability to interpret and understand electrical diagrams for winders.

Familiarity with medium voltage pump systems.

MV competent, with at least 5 years of experience in tasks such as cable phasing, switching operations, following switching procedures, MV reticulation, cable jointing, and fault diagnosis related to power failures or trip-outs.
