Job description

Position available in the building industry to be based in Bloemfontein.

Candidates that would like to apply will need the following :

Grade 12.
Qualification in BSc (Quantity Surveying, Construction / Project Management).
Registered Professional at ASAQS / MBA.
3 - 5 Years experience in the building construction industry.
Valid RSA driver's licence.
Own reliable transport.
No criminal record.

The position has the following responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring cost-effectiveness, profitability, risk management, and contractual compliance in projects.

Monitoring financial and commercial aspects, detecting variances, and safeguarding contractual rights.

Supporting department specialists, monitoring subcontractor productivity, and ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to company procedures and systems.

Understand and submit tenders.

Successful candidates will need the following abilities :

Analytical thinking.

Collaborative.

High level of ethics and confidentiality.

Planning and organising.
