Job description1-2 years of relevant branch banking experience. Thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures, especially in teller operations and frontline support. Experience managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations. Knowledge of legal aspects related to cash handling. Understanding of the functions of various branch departments. Practical approach to tasks Effective communication of information Analytical skills Adherence to procedures Task management Quality output production Insight provision Upholding standards

Job Purpose
To handle cash-related matters (e.g., walk-in customers, ATMs) by accurately assessing customer needs and acting in a manner that consistently delivers excellent client experience and meets established requirements.
