The Impact Youll Make

This isnt a "keep the lights on" finance gig. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll :

Drive the companys financial strategy and planning across multiple group entities

Own cash flow, capital structure , and risk management like the financial guardian you are

Lead all financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and fundraising activities

Work closely with stakeholders and prepare reporting packs that tell the real story

Manage a growing finance team from bookkeepers to finance controllers

Take full ownership of group consolidations and intercompany transactions

Prepare quarterly board packs and ensure the board has everything they need to make confident decisions

Act as custodian of contractual agreements and company secretarial duties

Ensure full compliance with legal, tax, and governance frameworks in South Africa and beyond

Skills & Experience :

Youve clocked 8+ years in finance leadership, with deep exposure to consolidations , group structures , and intercompany dynamics .

Youve managed a finance team and know how to lead with both authority and empathy.

Youre not just technical youre commercially sharp and strategically minded.

You can confidently present to investors, boards, and banks and back it all up with clear data.

Youve worked in fast-moving environments where agility, accuracy, and action all matter.

Qualification :

Youre a qualified CA(SA) or ACMA, CGMA .
