Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day catering operations and meal production.
- Manage budgets, costing, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Plan and execute operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements :
