As a Site Agent, you’ll be responsible for :
Planning and implementing project programmesAccurate cost reporting and forecastingFull site administration and record managementOverseeing setting out and surveying activitiesImplementing and maintaining SHEQ protocolsLeading, mentoring, and managing site staffCoordinating construction activities and material logisticsWhat We Offer

Qualifications & Experience
BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualificationMinimum 7 years' experience in a civils construction environmentProven ability to lead and manage large scale projectsSACPCMP professional registration (not a candidate)Exposure to a diverse range of civil engineering disciplinesWillingness to work remotely and / or relocate to Cape TownNEC experience preferableTransnet experience preferable but not essentialKnowledge & Skills Required
Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site tradesProficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting construction timelinesSkilled in site setting out, levelling, and surveyingFamiliar with materials, plant, equipment, and construction admin systemsEffective team leadership, coaching, and basic IR (industrial relations) practicesSHEQ legislation knowledge and applicationSolid background in cost control and reportingWilling and able to take charge and lead sites in remote locations without close supervisionBuilding / Construction jobs
