To be the internal business partner and lead the execution of digital transformation projects with low or no-code (drag-and-drop) software. This person will take ownership of successfully executing digitalisation projects through the mapping of existing business processes, co-designing process improvements, drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), identifying & implementing appropriate technology.

Requirements

Key responsibilities, include but are not limited to :

• Facilitate process mapping workshops
• Process map existing, improved or future processes, within the organisational framework when required
• Collaborate with all stakeholders, on allocated process co-design efforts
• Present process maps when required
• Research suitable no and low code software solutions for informed software recommendations
• Software research
• Configure & develop low-code software solutions from business requirements
• Project Manage internal software projects
• Constructive participation in bi-weekly Sprint retrospective meetings
• Create presentations and knowledge base content (articles and / or video's) as demo material to drive technology adoption
• Take personal ownership of continuous personal knowledge and up-skilling on relevant software
• Provide ad-hoc project management and other support to the business as reasonably required
• Other reasonably required tasks required from time-to-time, to meet optimal business outcomes
