What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year fundraising strategy
• Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate, foundation, and institutional donors
• Lead proposal development and donor reporting
• Integrate M&E systems to demonstrate impact and strengthen funding strategies
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as a member of senior management
