The position
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space. As a Director of Product, Payroll, you’ll lead a team of Group Product Managers and product managers and drive our product strategy for global payroll. You’ll raise the bar for our vision and product management discipline at Remote by fostering a team of kind, talented individuals doing the most impactful work of their careers.

What You Bring
Hands on experience of working in the payroll area as a product managerExtensive experience in product management, ideally at high-growth companiesDemonstrable experience leading teams of high-performing product managersGreat judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisionsOutstanding communication and collaboration skills, including senior leadershipA strong sense of design and UXA passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are complicatedFluent written and spoken EnglishPracticals
