As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to :
Social Media Management
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for all Terra Nova destinations
- Monitor engagement and assist with Community Management, ideas, etc.
Content Creation & Coordination
Write and compile content for Newsletters, Destination Guides, Social Media captions, and other collateral materialsSource and curate content from suppliers and internal teamsEnsure consistent tone and style across platformsDesign & Branding Support
Update and maintain Company templates (presentations, manuals / guides)Assist with basic design work using CanvaWebsite Maintenance
Assist with updating and managing Website content (WordPress) across Southern Africa, Namibia, and Botswana sitesEnsure Agent Portals are kept up to dateDigital Tools & Admin Support
Use platforms like Trello and Microsoft Suite to support daily workflowsHelp manage Mailchimp campaigns and email databasesHandle small internal tasks such as updating email signature banners, capturing internal event photos, etc.Requirements
1 – 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or content creation role.A clear understanding of the use of Social Media platforms in Business Marketing, particularly for B2B MarketingExcellent written English and good attention to detailStrong organisational skills and ability to multitaskEnthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learnA strong enthusiasm for Travel, Tourism, and Destination Marketing.Experience with the following tools / platforms
