Job descriptionDeliver efficient and reliable maintenance support across our BPO facility to ensure a functional, safe, and welcoming environment Perform general maintenance and repairs on building elements—walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and furniture. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold facility standards. Address basic plumbing issues : clear drains, repair leaks, replace taps, and manage minor pipework. Execute basic electrical tasks (non-certified) : replace bulbs, fuses, and plug points. Track and maintain facility tools, equipment, and assets. Supervise and liaise with third-party contractors during site visits, installations, or repairs to ensure policy compliance. Stay compliant with health, safety, and internal company protocols Provide prompt responses to emergency maintenance incidents. Assist with office layout changes, furniture reconfiguration, and minor installations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work records. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in general building maintenance roles. Skilled with hand and power tools; basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Strong commitment to health & safety and compliance with facility protocols. Computer literate with good communication skills (English & Afrikaans essential) .Must have own mobile phone and be available for shift work (Monday to Friday) Engineering / Technical jobs
