Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Manager

Full‑time, permanent position working 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm Monday to Friday, plus alternative weekends (Saturday 9 : 00 am – 1 : 00 pm) with a day off in the week. Salary up to £35,000 pending experience, plus uncapped commission.

• Oversee valuations, viewings and negotiations, ensuring a seamless client journey
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Act as a role model, setting high standards for professionalism and customer service
