Roles and Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective recruiters, recruitment teams, and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to complement calling
- Engage prospects in qualified conversations, uncover challenges, understand needs, and articulate companies' value proposition
- Book at least 1 qualified meeting per week for the Sales / Account Executive team
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of all activity and prospect data in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, email templates, and outreach cadences
- Provide feedback loop on lead quality, objections, and messaging effectiveness
- Track performance against KPIs; proactively iterate your approach
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and alignment with company values
