We’re looking for a 3D Visualization Artist who can turn sketches, CAD files, Revit / SketchUp models, and reference images into fast, accurate, photoreal 3D stills for client presentations.
You should be comfortable owning a project from brief to final images, communicating clearly in English, spotting missing information, and keeping stakeholders updated without needing handholding.

You’ll be successful in this role if you can :
- Quality : Consistently deliver 9 / 10 photoreal interior and exterior stills (lighting, materials, and composition).
- Speed : Deliver standard stills within 48–72 hours , with minor edits within 12 hours .
- Reliability : Meet agreed deadlines without follow-ups or chasing .
- Clarity : Turn vague or incomplete briefs into clear, concrete options , asking the right questions when needed.
Responsibilities
Build 3D scenes from CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and reference materials .Set up realistic lighting (HDRI and artificial) and physically based materials (PBR) .Place and adjust cameras for strong, believable compositions.Deliver :White / clay model stills for early approvals.Full material and lighting stills ready for client review.Perform light post-processing in Photoshop (color, contrast, minor corrections, final polish).Maintain a small library of reusable materials and lighting setups to speed up future work.Provide clear progress updates , including :What has been completedWhat is in progressWhat information / assets are still neededExpected delivery timesRequirements
Requirements
Portfolio with 6–10 photoreal 3D projects (mix of interiors and exteriors).Expert-level ability in one primary toolchain , for example :3ds Max + V-Ray or CoronaBlender + CyclesSketchUp + V-Ray or EnscapeCinema 4D + RedshiftStrong skills in :Model cleanup and optimizationUV unwrappingPBR texturingExcellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.Fast, reliable responses and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.Ability to work with at least 4 hours overlap with Eastern Time (New York).Nice-to-Have Experience
