Our client a leading hygiene and sanitation solutions is seeking a New Business Development & Technical Consultant to join their Brushware business in Gauteng. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive new business development - calling on large corporate clients, as well has having a hand in Maketing.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to manufacturing, agricultural, food processing sectors as well as an understanding of food safety regulations.
Duties :
- Identify new markets and customer nee ds, to ensure value added service.
- Promote the company’s products.
- Manage sales targets effectively.
- Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure business development
- Manage, purchase analysis, customer segmentation, product and service analysis.
- Improve and maintain standard of service.
- Build market position by defining, and closing business relationships with new customers.
- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
- Create and present sales strategies.
- Follow up regular meetings with both active and prospective clients.
- Develop your own customer database.
- Negotiating sales and clinching business deals.
- Initiate Invoicing & Payment.
- Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
- Weekly and monthly reports need to be sent to Line Manager.
