Are you a German speaker (B2) looking for an exciting international opportunity Join a dynamic customer-focused team in beautiful Umhlanga Durban and build your career in a fast-paced global environment.
1 local flight to Durban prior to your start date
20 nights accommodation (company-arranged and fully covered)
Provide professional customer support in German (written & spoken)
Handle customer queries efficiently and with empathy
Resolve issues using internal systems and support tools
Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Work rotational shifts including weekends if required
German proficiency B2 level
Good command of English for internal communication
Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
Customer service or call centre experience advantageous
(Retail experience is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotational schedule)
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
