The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engineering projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring that all technical, safety, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate engineering activities across the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of water and wastewater projects.
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, risk assessments, schedules, and progress reports.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Oversee technical design reviews, equipment selection, and quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety policies.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning stages.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors Degree (BEng / BSc) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental , or Process Engineering .Minimum 35 years experience in project engineering within the water, wastewater, or utilities sectors.Strong understanding of water treatment processes, pumping systems, and distribution networks.Proven experience managing multiple projects and working with multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project and Primavera) is an advantage.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
