Production Manager : Milling (Mpumalanga)

Production Manager with previous Maize experience needed for a Food manufacturing plants in Mpumalanga. Must have at least 5 - 8 years experience in a Maize Plant. GMF theory in Maize, Grade 12 and GMF / SAGMA trade test are minimum requirements. Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Proven supervisory experience and running a Shift is a necessity. Automated Mill exposure. PC literacy and previous experience of good safety and hygiene practices. Excellent knowledge of throughput calculations and line balancing required.
