• 7 to 12+ years of hands-on dev experience ideally in early-stage, product-driven teams.
• You''re either an ex-founder , a serial startup builder , or just a damn good engineer who wants in early
• Youve worked long hours before not because you had to, but because you were obsessed with the product and the mission.
• Solid exposure to TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS but culture fit and raw problem-solving matter more than specific tech
• Youve done time in consumer internet, fintech, or global tech firms and youve got the scars (or badges) to show for it
• You treat GitHub like a second brain show us what youve built
• Bonus points if you bring a touch of entrepreneurial spirit to the team
