Overview

Purpose of the Job : The key purpose of this role is to provide professional financial services to a client or a member. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, retaining, and growing a membership and client base for eligible professionals by implementing PPS financial solutions in line with the client’s needs.

Scope of the Job : This is a commission-based role of holistic financial planning, advice and sales in risk insurance (ideally 70% focus), savings and investments as well as wills, tax and estate planning. The ideal candidate is an experienced and target driven financial planner, a graduate themselves familiar with servicing the degreed professional market holding 4-year or higher qualifications that is PPS\' niche market.

It is a tied agency role of own lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, retaining, and growing a membership and client base for eligible professionals by implementing PPS financial solutions in line with client needs.
• Providing professional financial services including holistic financial planning, advice and sales in risk insurance, savings and investments, wills, tax and estate planning (approximately 70% focus on risk insurance).
• Engaging in tied agency work with own lead generation.

Location and Work Arrangement

Position works remotely for those living at the West Coast, Cape Winelands, Breede River Valley and Central Karoo. PPS Insurance has provincial offices in Newlands and Durbanville, Cape Town for hybrid work for those within commutable distance.
