Job description

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

  • Managing the breeder houses and the relevant staff compliment.
  • Managing staff on the farm.
  • Maintaining the Company’s assets and constantly striving to improve results.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Relevant diploma and or degree in agriculture.
  • It is essential that the candidate have extensive experience in broiler breeders and a passion in implementing 20 keys.
  • Be in possession of high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
  • Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
  • Candidate should be self-driven, motivated and energized.
