This role involves providing professional financial advice, planning, and products to clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.

Key responsibilities include :

• Growing the Sanlam Adviser Business through marketing, understanding market segmentation, and achieving revenue and activity targets.
• Networking, prospecting, and generating leads via face-to-face interactions, social media, and existing client bases.
• Conducting client consultations, needs analysis, and presenting financial solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Providing excellent client service, maintaining professionalism, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Monitoring, updating, and reporting on activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications and experience :

Grade 12, with FAIS 'Fit and Proper' requirements and Regulatory Examination completed if registered with FSCA for over 24 months.

Skills and attributes :

Financial knowledge, compliance, client management, effective communication, and personal attributes like being tech-savvy, action-oriented, and persuasive.
