Join Bionic Talent as a Marketing Recruiter (ID 0730) in Johannesburg, South Africa. This full‑time, fully remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruitment within a leading digital marketing agency.

About the client : Bionic Talent is a full‑service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping painting business owners increase sales, improve customer retention, and boost profitability through SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Social Media Marketing, and more. We emphasize measurable results and exceptional service.

About the role : 80% of your time will be spent on full‑cycle recruitment; 20% on HR responsibilities such as attendance, hour tracking, onboarding and basic employee engagement. Experience recruiting in a digital marketing setting is preferred.

Base Pay Range

USD 1800 to USD 2500 per month.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across the agency.
  • Manage job postings on LinkedIn, OnlineJobsPH, and other relevant boards.
  • Utilize TestGorilla and other assessment tools for skill evaluations.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and ensure alignment on hiring timelines.
  • Contribute suggestions on recruitment tools and best practices to continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Oversee attendance and hour tracking using tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Support basic HR functions including onboarding new employees, updating records, and aiding performance management.
  • Provide recommendations for improving employee retention and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Familiarity with Time Doctor, ATS platforms, and other HR / recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and related marketing positions is highly preferred.
