Job description

Purpose of this Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in retail, specifying, or commercial sales within flooring, construction, or industrial sectors . You wll drive growth across Africa by opening new markets, securing strategic partnerships, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify and secure new commercial and industrial markets across Africa
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution channels
  • Analyse sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to optimise results
  • Manage regional budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
  • Lead customer engagement to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction

Requirements :

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales / marketing in relevant industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop business strategies
  • Experience managing regional performance, budgets, and teams
  • Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel across Africa
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Based in Gauteng.
