Purpose of this Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in retail, specifying, or commercial sales within flooring, construction, or industrial sectors . You wll drive growth across Africa by opening new markets, securing strategic partnerships, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and secure new commercial and industrial markets across Africa
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution channels
- Analyse sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to optimise results
- Manage regional budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
- Lead customer engagement to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction
Requirements :
10+ years’ experience in sales / marketing in relevant industriesStrong commercial acumen and ability to develop business strategiesExperience managing regional performance, budgets, and teamsAnalytical, data-driven, and results-orientedWillingness to travel across AfricaSelf-starter who can work independentlyBased in Gauteng.
