Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Client Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a performance-based role focused on turning warm leads (no cold calls) into confirmed appointments for dental and aesthetic clinics. You’ll work from home, managing conversations with people who have already expressed interest in treatments like Invisalign, dental implants, veneers, and cosmetic procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, and enjoys building rapport quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Call warm leads every day — no cold calls, just real patient interest.
  • Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment.
  • Share clear, honest information about treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.
  • Confirm bookings directly in clinic calendars.
  • Deliver concise patient notes so clinic teams are fully prepared for each consultation.

Success in the Role

  • 3 months — Confidently hitting appointment targets, mastering scripts & tools
  • 6 months — Consistently exceeding goals, providing insights on lead quality
  • 12 months — Recognised as a top performer, trusted with larger clinic accounts
  • 18 months — Opportunity to train new setters and take on leadership responsibilities
