DevOps Engineer – Midrand / Semi-Remote – R600 PH

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain the infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines that power our mission-critical applications.

As part of our global DevOps team, you will collaborate with developers, architects, and platform engineers to streamline software delivery, increase system reliability, and champion a DevOps-first culture across the ecosystem.

Requirements :

• Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipeline design and implementation
• Proficiency in managing and automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their DevOps services
• Solid understanding of test management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr)
• Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
• Expertise in version control systems like Git and branching strategies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Reference Number for this position is GZ60620 which is a contract position based in Midrand / Centurion / Semi-Remote offering a contract rate of R600 per hour
