RPO Recruitment\'s client is seeking a Senior Investment Officer to join their team in Sandton, Gauteng. The Senior Investment Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the investment portfolio of the company\'s clients. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in investment management, strong analytical skills and an ability to build successful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing investment pipelines
• Assisting with origination and negotiation of investments
• Drafting of investment term sheets
• Due diligence of prospective investees, including detailed financial analysis, management meetings and arranging third party due diligence
• Preparation of screening memos and investment memos
• Understanding and applying investment guidelines, investment committee decisions and E&S policies
• Working with legal counsel to negotiate final investment agreements
• Working with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting fund raising
• Support the growth of the fund business
