Digital Designer

Our client is a fast‑growing health and wellness startup dedicated to harnessing the power of nature through thoughtful, visually compelling design. They are expanding their creative team and seeking a designer who can elevate the brand’s digital presence while supporting a mission centered on natural wellness and meaningful connection.

Location : Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview : The Digital Designer will support the marketing and creative teams in producing visually compelling digital content aligned with the brand’s mission. The role involves creating freehand illustrations, vector graphics, digital collateral, email designs, and UX layouts while collaborating closely with the Creative Director and marketing partners. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong email design experience and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Creativity – Develop freehand illustrations, vector graphics, and collateral designs aligned with brand guidelines; execute digital design projects with strong aesthetic and technical foundations; perform photo retouching and digital compositing using Photoshop.
• Email & Digital Design – Design email layouts using Figma and Klaviyo; create innovative email design concepts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; contribute to UX design for landing pages, product detail pages, and email layouts.
• Project Management & Execution – Manage design projects independently using Asana; submit rough layouts and conceptual thumbnails for approval; stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends to ensure cutting‑edge content.
• Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce graphics for paid media, organic social, website designs, and additional digital projects; support research‑based and strategy‑driven design initiatives.
