Duties & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment :

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to candidate placement.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Engagement :
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Market Research :
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Conduct regular market research to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting :
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and business development.

  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters, sales, and marketing teams to share insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the recruitment function.
  • Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including client management and business development.
  • HR qualification will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
