Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pretoria, with a mix of on-site and remote work, for a Product Engineer and Sales Manager. The candidate will oversee product engineering activities and support sales efforts by analyzing customer needs, collaborating on product designs, and participating in research and development initiatives. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise to clients, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring product alignment with market demands. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to strategic business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in Product Engineering, Product Design, and Research and Development (R&D)
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for evaluating product processes, performance, and data-driven insights
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with clients
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site collaboration with remote responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Molecular Biology, or a related field
• Familiarity with molecular diagnostics or healthcare products is a plus
• Proven ability to manage sales opportunities and support business growth strategies
