Key Responsibilities

  • Engage professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate across teams and disciplines to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Analyse and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, document, and implement scalable, reusable platform components.
  • Drive the evolution of enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, security policies, and strategic business objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning) and contribute to continuous delivery and improvement practices.
  • Monitor platform performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues, risks, and opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability across services and applications.
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation, including solution designs, data flows, interface specifications, non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and impact analysis reports.
  • Ensure software changes and enhancements align with architectural principles and meet the definition of “ready” for implementation.
  • Provide support during production deployments, facilitate post‑implementation testing (PIT), and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee change management processes for go‑live initiatives and provide last‑line support for production incidents.
  • Actively participate in forums and engagements within the Systems Analysis discipline, business units, and broader enterprise.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and skills development within the team, while continuously developing your own expertise.

  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in systems analysis, solution design, or platform development within enterprise environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of different systems analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in communication (verbal, non‑verbal, written), stakeholder engagement, and technical presentation.
  • Advanced solution design and modelling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly context‑switch and work across diverse projects and technologies with agility and focus.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of modelling notations and languages (e.g., BPMN, UML).
  • Solid understanding of web services, microservices, and APIs (advantageous).
  • Experience with REST, SOAP UI, JSON, XML; ability to interpret XSDs and Swagger documentation (advantageous).
  • Technical writing skills (advantageous).
  • TOGAF certification (advantageous).
  • Programming knowledge or experience (beneficial).
  • Familiarity with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) (beneficial).
