Responsibilities

• Juggling travel bookings, schedules, and logistics like a pro
• Coordinating multiple moving parts to deliver seamless, standout experiences
• Keeping the backend tight : billing, admin, and reporting (hello, Excel!)
• Communicating clearly, confidently, and with a smile—even when the heat is on
