Job description

Job Title : Personal Assistant

Location : Cape Town

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented business-minded Personal Assistant to support the owner of a spa consulting business. The ideal candidate is organised proactive professional and eager to grow within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Business Management qualification who wants hands-on experience and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the business owner

Assist with scheduling meetings managing calendars and coordinating appointments

Handle email correspondence and follow-ups

Assist in preparing proposals presentations and basic business documentation

Support project coordination for ongoing and new consulting clients

Conduct basic research and compile information when required

Help manage social media content scheduling (basic optional)

Perform general office tasks and errands when needed

Maintain a professional and well-organised workflow for the business

Requirements

  • Business Management Certificate (or similar business-related qualification)
  • Well-groomed professional presentation
  • Own reliable transport
  • Must be based in Cape Town
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice-to-Have (Not mandatory)

  • Basic understanding of customer service or client relations
  • Interest in the wellness / spa industry
