Cloud Solution Architecture

Job Purpose

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for leading pre‑sales technical engagements with key customers, designing and implementing cloud‑based solutions, and ensuring successful delivery and migration of public cloud projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, R&D, and Operations, to support continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales technical communication with key clients, identifying and understanding business opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and proof‑of‑concept (POC) validation for Huawei Cloud projects.
• Provide professional technical advice and customised cloud solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop comprehensive cloud architecture solutions for traditional IT and cloud transformation projects.
• Oversee the migration, deployment, and delivery of public cloud products and services.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of key customer projects.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Sales (BD), R&D, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to ensure ongoing operational excellence.
• Support continuous improvement and competitiveness of Huawei Cloud products by providing market‑ and region‑specific insights.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging cloud technologies.
• Understand customer pain points and IT evolution requirements to drive innovative cloud solutions.
