We’re looking for a Digital Development Specialist to support the digital growth of a multi-location physical therapy and performance brand. This role is responsible for creating high-quality branded marketing assets while owning website performance, Local SEO execution, and digital visibility across all service pillars.

What You’ll Work On
Website Management and Local SEO Execution
Manage and support WordPress and HubSpot websites including SEO, hosting, and API-related needsDevelop and increase SEO rankings across all service categories and pillarsMonitor and improve Local SEO performance for each service and location with the goal of achieving top 3 local rankingsBuild and maintain Local SEO pillar page strategies including :Meta keyword strategy and implementationOn-page keyword optimization including H1 structuresService-specific blogs with local meta keywords and embedded CTAsImplement schema markup on landing pages as neededIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve website bugs to ensure strong user experienceStay current on SEO and keyword trends using tools such as Google Trends, SimilarWeb, and related platformsPrimary Goal :
Drive consistent, high-intent organic traffic that converts into new patient demand across all locations and services.
Podcast and Video Editing Support
Edit full-length podcast episodes including :Removal of filler words and unnecessary pausesMaintaining engaging pacing and professional flowEnsuring consistent audio and visual qualityProduce at least 10 highlight clips per episode for social mediaCreate visually consistent thumbnails for Spotify and YouTubeEdit single-camera footage to simulate multi-camera presentation through strategic zooms and framingGoal :

Graphic Design and Brand Asset Development
