Job descriptionLead and manage a team of Account Managers Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets Monitor, track, and analyse sales performance Conduct regular joint field visits to support team members in client meetings and ensure service standards are upheld Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationships Compile and present sales performance reports to senior management Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Identify new market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts
Lead, coach, and drive performance across the Sales and Account Management team to support business development, growth, and customer retention.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :
- Matric (post-matric qualification in sales or management advantageous)
- 5 years+ of proven experience in sales / account management within commercial cleaning / hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
- Previous experience in sales management / managing a team
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
