  • Role Purpose
  • This role is critical to the strategic expansion of our Platform Email Management capabilities across FRG, both in South Africa and potentially in the broader Africa region. The specialist is responsible for consulting on email best practices, stakeholder enablement and engagement, leading migration from legacy systems to Platform Mail, and identifying operational efficiencies and value by leveraging key capability features and functionalities.

  • Are you someone who can :
  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  • Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request training where appropriate.
  • Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to drive organisational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adhere to relevant processes.
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide the business in making informed decisions.
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
  • Facilitate and coordinate end-to-end implementation of prioritised and approved solutions for the relevant product house or business unit.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for efficiencies and business growth.
  • Education Requirements
  • Bachelor of Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or any equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  • Skills and Experience Requirements
  • A minimum or 4 – 5 Years in Operations
  • Experience in working with contact center email solutions.
  • Exposure to Cisco PCCE and ECE platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capabilities.
  • Solution viability assessment and business case orientation.
  • Strong understanding of business process definition and re-engineering requirements.
  • Moderate understanding of project management and system, data or business testing requirements principles.
  • Experience in documenting and implementing projects / initiatives in line with business vision and strategy.
  • Experience in the analysis and compilation of business information and intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge and use of design process tools (e.g. Visio, drawio).
