Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Research to Improve existing Products or

    • Develop New Ones

  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams to

    • execute R&D projects

  • Analyze Data and trends to provide insights for

    • Product enhancement

  • Ensure Compliance with Industry Regulations and

    • Quality Standards

  • Identify opportunities for Process optimization

    • and Cost Reduction

  • Support the Development of Prototypes and

    • conduct Product Testing
