About the Role :
To strengthen our presence across the Eastrand region by providing technical sales support to the installer network, promoting product adoption, and acting as a key link between local market needs and the company’s technical and sales teams. You will drive measurable growth in installer engagement and product adoption while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with installers to promote products, encourage upselling, and expand the network.
- Conduct site visits to support installations, provide technical troubleshooting, and resolve escalations.
- Deliver engaging product training sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Record all interactions, feedback, and activities in CRM systems.
- Share market insights and competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
What You’ll Need :
Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering advantageous.3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security preferred).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.Highly self-motivated with effective territory management ability.A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.Please note only suitable candidates will be contacted.
