We’re looking for RevOpsSpecialists to design smarter systems—connecting tools, data, and automation across the entire HubSpot ecosystem.
- Design and implement scalable HubSpot CRM architectures
- Plan automation flows, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and lead qualification systems
- Configure workflows, routing, and syncing across Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops)
- Collaborate with developers to scope integrations with ERPs, data lakes, or telephony tools
- Support reporting and attribution setup across the funnel
- Consult on RevOps strategy : process alignment, lifecycle management, and CRM governance
- Document data models, field logic, and workflow structure
- Stay updated on HubSpot automation features, API limits, and Ops Hub capabilities
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of CRM, RevOps, or Marketing Ops experienceStrong experience designing logic within HubSpot, especially across multiple HubsFamiliarity with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Sage, and custom ERPs (for integration context)Understanding of HubSpot APIs, webhook flows, and data mapping (even if non-dev)Experience with HubSpot Ops Hub or similar iPaaS systems, data syncing, field creation, and deduplicationProcess-oriented, analytical thinker with strong documentation habitsBonus : familiarity with tools like Make, Zapier, Workato, or SegmentWhy Join MO Agency?
